Women's Ministry
All women attending Calvary are encouraged and welcome to participate in its activities. Bible Studies & fellowship, community service projects, and one-day retreats are a few of the events that we share and enjoy together. A great time was had by all at our Fall 2022 Women's Retreat: "Cafe Chocolat" where we learned about sharing God's love through scripture, song, crafts, and of course... eating chocolate! This year's retreat will be "Cozy Mountain Lodge". We’d love to have you join us for any or all of our activities!

Visitation Team
Calvary's Visitation Team is comprised of four women, three who have received instruction to do visitation and have been commissioned to administer communion to shut-ins with elements that are consecrated on Sunday morning during the service, and an additional member who helps with monthly visitation.
Prayer Quilts
A number of new prayer quilts were blessed during our service. These quilts were created and knotted by the women of Calvary for distribution as needed to members suffering from significant health or other concerns. Prayers are offered for those who will receive the quilts as the knots are tied. The quilts are designed to provide comfort as the knots, when touched by the recipient, can serve as reminders of the many prayers that have been offered on his or her behalf. Since the project began in 2015, 73 prayer quilts have been distributed. Thanks to the many women who helped to knot these new quilts, and a special thanks to Dee Christy and Karen Lieske for donation of much of the fabric used in these quilts.
